My new shoes for giving me a comfortable run tonight

My legs for feeling nice tonight (not 100%, still a little pain but better).

David for encouraging me to go, when he could tell I wasn't 100% sure I wanted to.

Garmin for telling me I burned 921 calories (Boy, I needed to - probably just burnt off the Lasagna I had at my Aunts for lunch)

My body feeling so well tonight, a 5 mile run turned into 7 miles instead! Woo hoo! David is warning me about adding too many miles in one week (compared with the previous week), so this week I won't do as many.

The cool temps, and dusk running time. I love Fall running!

Nike store for being a part of the Gaffney outlet, so I could wear my new running tights and long sleeves zipper running shirt. Cute royal blue!

Seriously, though....

On this Veterans Day, the Veterans that are serving or have served our Country, whether over in the Gulf, overseas elsewhere, or in the U.S, or a reservists anticipating "that" call to be called up. Our new friend Roby is serving overseas in Afghanistan and I know (first hand) it's difficult to be away from home, spouse, family, so I thank him too. And, to all my brothers and sisters in the Military serving, I am thankful to you!

Ugh, I am not really following a plan. I am sort of making it up based on what I did training for my last half. :>X Basically it's two short runs during the week, 3-5 miles , and then one longer weekend run gradually getting up to over 10 miles. I am hoping to run 13 miles a few times before the actual half this time. Last time I my longest run was 10 and I felt it. I want to be stronger at the finish this time. Sorry that is not much help. :>P

OK let's try this thing again. Gawwwdd my POS comp quit on me before I could hit post. Darn thing!

You would LYAO if you ever saw were all the exercise equipment goes. It's not called the dungeon for nothing. So not glamorous and downright embarrassing LOL. But it holds what I need so I can't complain too much.

The bitty twins were Payton's original request, but after visiting the store she decided on a "Just Like Me" doll. Probably not a bad thing since then I won't have to buy her a big one in a year or two again :P

But they are so stinking cute! Is Grace getting a boy/girl or two girls?
