Negative Splits

3 miles
I hit snooze this morning, when the clock went off. But, I layed there trying to justify sleeping in. No win - either AM run or hot run. So, got up and out the door. I did an easy 3 miles, and it ended up being negative splits for me. Felt great, finally. I'm not where I was in the pace department from a few wks ago, but not thinking about it as much now. Tomorrow, I have 6, I'll make a tempo.

Tonight, my brother came over to working on a few small dings in my car. He has his own business doing paint less dent repair. It sucks to have ANY, considering David and I park our cars FARRRR away from anyone everywhere we go. Anyways, he's got a few more to remove, then a few more things I want to do to it - and It'll go up for sale! So sad to get rid of the car, as it's been a blast to drive, but I need a more practical car.

Here's my sweetie... She looks so big, especially with the crazy out of control hair. She got that unfortunate trait from me. See the food all over her mouth - cheese puffs!

Gotta go - way behind in microecon class.

Sorry your car has to go. Sometimes it's hard to let go of stuff like that for the sake of the fam. Sigh.

Grace is so cute!!!!!

Nice job to get out there and run while its cool! So, you are teaching Grace to practice that "I just woke up" look to scare future husbands ;-)

Ok, so how many times did David get punched for that remark, humm?

Glad to hear you felt good on your run. I knew it would come around for you.

What a gorgeous little girl! I am with Marcy and loving the hair, too!

I am so with you on the snooze button. It is like a lifeline most mornings, but getting out and those runs over with before the day heats up is well worth it :)
