Today, at lunch, I set a record for my regular timed 500yd swim. I don't know what got into me, but I felt terrific in the pool. However, I didn't finish it off with a full 1000yd swim today and stopped at only 750yds. I was whooped! Then again, I won't be doing anything over 400m for the tri in August, and I wanted a light workout week this week.
