Sorry all, I've been missing for a while. Life is just really busy and I fell behind in my class because I had reserves this weekend. After I get caught up, I'll be back and reading/responding/writing on blogs.

Every time I begin to get into the groove life throws a wrench into the machinery. Mostly in the form of travel. I have been working out and for a week now and feeling good about it but now I have to go the the US of A for a week.
So all the workouts in your last post made me a little jealous.
